Muslim Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh (MCCGP) is seeking a part-time Office Manager who will help run the community center in a prompt, organized and orderly fashion.

Responsibilities
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the MCCGP office including answering emails/phones, checking emails/phone messages, responding to emails/ phone calls, checking mailbox
- Walking around inspecting the building every Monday morning and after Sunday School
- Providing assistance with paying bills, entering donations, emptying donation boxes, and reporting weekly deposits to the EC
- Processing zakat and sadaqa applications with input from the EC
- Assisting with membership activation/renewal
- Manage the access keys for members and check surveillance footage as necessary
- Update website and prepare and send weekly e-newsletters/event flyers
- Schedule maintenance activities and inspections
- Order cleaning and center supplies
- Maintain social hall, fundraiser and Imam calendars
- Mail/Email tax letters
- Overseeing cleaning of MCCGP generally and right after facility rentals
- Supporting the organization during MCCGP educational and fundraising events
- Assisting with Ramadan and Eids preparation
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Comfort with computer software such as Email, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Google docs/calendar, and others
