  • You may submit any number of nominations using this form.
  • You may nominate only one person for a given position (a person already nominated for one position may not be nominated for another).
  • The deadline for nomination is 11:59 PM Sunday May 12, 2024. As such all submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Only voting members in good standing are eligible to be nominated.
  • Any MCCGP member may submit a nomination; the list of active membership is available on the Center’s bulletin boards and is included in the email announcement that was sent to active MCCGP members.
  • The consent of the nominee is required; otherwise, the nomination will not be accepted.
  • Please include the nominee’s phone number or email address so the Election Commission can verify the nominee’s consent.
  • Eligible members can nominate themselves.
